Shipping
Here at the The Do-It-Yourself Pest Control Store it is our policy and goal to get your order to you as fast possible. We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received. Most orders that are received after 3pm EST will be shipped the next following business day. If a product in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone of the estimated ship date.
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped on the first following business day. All shipping is through one of four carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. There is free shipping on all order placed that are over a $50.00 amount total. This offer only applies to the lower 48 United States. There maybe additional fees applied on orders that are requested for faster shipment (i.e. Next Day, Overnight, etc...).
Shipping Restrictions
Some products can not be shipped to Connecticut, New York, Vermont, or outside the United States. While viewing the product information page of a product you may want to purchase will let you know if it can be shipped to you. Example: (This product can not be shipped to: NY, VT, or CT). This would mean that this product can not be shipped to either three of these states. If you lived in one of these states and you still placed it into you shopping cart to be purchase you will be notified by phone that we can not ship this product. A order change would then be required for shipment of your order. All aerosol products can only be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground.
Date of Shipment
When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You will then be able to see where your package is at and when you should expect delivery. Orders should be delivered to their destination within 4-6 business days from the ship date.
Returns
The Do-It-Yourself Pest Control Store stands behind its products. To qualify for a refund all guide lines must be met! You must contact customer service by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a RMA. All returns will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. Example: If the amount for the item was $100.00 and the shipping for that item was $4.00. The refund amount would be $81.00. $100.00 minis 15%(restocking fee) minis $4.00 (shipping cost) = $81.00. All items must be received by us no later then 20 days after the date of delivery. All items return must be in the original condition, including the original packaging, boxes, containers, documentation, etc... If any of these items just mentioned are defaced or damaged in any manner, we will not accept the return nor issue you a refund.
If a order is shipped to you, and you refuse the delivery of the order; we will not accept the return nor issue a refund. Again, a RMA number must be obtained before a return is accepted.
If the Return does not meet all the guide line stated above; the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. We will ship all items back to you, if you refuse delivery, The Do-It-Yourself Pest Control Store reserves the right to liquidate the items and withhold a charge back. All costs related to returned or refuse a return are to be paid by the customer.
If the Return does meet the Guide lines stated above, The Do-It-Yourself Pest Control Store will issue you a refund for the amount of the product less the cost of shipping and 15% restocking fee. A check will be then printed from our accounting department and mailed to you the next business day. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Customer Service.
